Dr Zahid Gangjee started his own Organisation & H.R. Consultancy in August 1995. His clients include leading multi-national & family owned corporations in India.

For a short while prior to this he was Sr. Vice-President (H.R.) fop the ESSAR Group at Mumbai.

A major part of his career – almost 16 years – was spent with ITC (an associate of BAT Plc., U.K.) at Calcutta; the last five years as Chief of the Manpower Development Group (reporting to the Chairman). This was a profit centre providing HR, OD & training consultancy to the Divisions and Group Companies of ITC and externally.

Dr Gangjee has been a faculty in Behavioural Science at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta for 3 years and in Organisation Behaviour at the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad for a year.

He has conducted/taught at development programmes for the Private & Public sectors, Government, NGO’s etc. in India & abroad-Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, U.K., U.S.A., Israel & Egypt.

Dr Gangjee has published many papers & articles.

His qualifications include a B.Sc. (Psychology Honours); M.Sc. (Applied Psychology); Fellow, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (equivalent to a Doctorate).

He has headed the advisory committee of the Indian Chambers of Commerce, Calcutta and is a member of the Advisory Panel of the monthly publication “Human Capital”.

Janaki is an independent consultant specialising in the area of Organisational Development and Training based in Mumbai.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a post-graduate degree in Management Studies, specialising in Human Resources, from the S.P.Jain Institute of Management and Research. 

She started her career with the United Breweries Group, Bangalore. During the three years at the UB Group, she was exposed to a wide range of assignments across group companies in different industries. The assignments were in the areas of establishing personnel systems and processes for group companies, compensation and reward management, leadership and management training, and organisation climate survey and culture studies. She later on moved to Banque Nationale De Paris.  As Manager- Human Resources, she was involved in the setting up of the HRD department.  

She has been an independent consultant since October 1993.

She has simultaneously invested in her own understanding of human behaviour and human collectivities as in groups and in organisations. She has trained to be a process facilitator with the Indian Society for Individual and Social Development (ISISD).  

Janaki is an expert in the use of the MBTI (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). As a qualified user of the instrument she has vast experience in using it in a variety of settings, in team building, leadership development, executive coaching and institution building. She is among the first Indian Faculty selected to train to run the MBTI Qualifying Program in India. She represented India at the Fifteenth Conference of the Association of Psychological Type at Toronto, Canada in July, 2004. 

Her consulting work also focuses on areas of Personal Growth, Performance Management and Managing Change. 

Her clients include ITC Ltd., Tata Motors, Tata Motor Finance and Texas Instruments. 

She is passionate about Mythology and Folklore, having done a course in Comparative Mythology from Bombay University. Her other interests are writing and music.

Rajgopal has 10 years of Organisation Consulting experience. He brings an overall experience of 29 years that is rich and diverse in range. He has worked with Indian Overseas Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, S & S Power Switchgear Limited, & Ceat Financial Services Limited in various capacities including as Vice-President Human Resources for the latter two organisations.

His major consulting clients include Organizations like Texas Instruments, Motorola India, Bangalore, GE Medicals Systems Ltd. He brings to consulting work over 22 years of HR experience, both operational & strategic, having worked with ITC Limited in various capacities. Among the roles held were: Training Manager, Vice-President Personnel and Divisional Manager-Organisation Development.

He has conducted several workshops in areas pertaining to human behaviour at work as well as HR systems, both within ITC and outside.  He has also designed, directed and facilitated several Personal Growth Laboratories.

In addition to extensive work in the area of behavioural & HR systems Training & Development he brings to the table both broad and deep experience in HR system design & implementation. Some of his achievements include: -

C.S.Mahesh is a consultant specializing in the area of Organisation Development based in Chennai. He has been a consultant since December 1994.

Mahesh has a bachelor’s degree in St.Stephen’s College, Delhi and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. 

He spent five years, as a Brand Manager, with Procter and Gamble India Ltd. He has also worked in the NGO sector with CRY-Child Relief and You and has had a short stint in advertising as Director Account Planning at the erstwhile Clarion Advertising.

Mahesh trained to be a Process Facilitator with the Indian Society for Individual and Social Development (ISISD).

He thus brings to his consulting in Organisation Development a unique blend of understanding of Marketing and Strategy on the one hand and a deep appreciation of Human Processes on the other.
